1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AJ Fitness are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Personal training sessions
  • Diet plans
  • Membership fees
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Access to services will remain active until the end of the purchased period.

3. Rescheduling (If Applicable)

  • Personal training sessions can be rescheduled if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may be counted as completed.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but service not activated
